With the rush of the Christmas period, I realised, in my error, that I failed to follow up on some orders I had placed before the holidays truly began. For this, I apologise profusely, as it has only just come to light today when the orders were finally delivered. For this error, I will be providing the products free of charge to those who ordered prior to the festive season.
I will contact clients for those whose order hasn’t been fully processed yet. If you think you have been left out, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
